General terms, conditions and prices

Important information for customers from Turkey and the Middle East

  1. 100% advance payment; prices are net of taxes and do not include shipment costs.
  2. For Turkish customers only:  Please note that we do not provide an ATR document as standard, but if the customer wants to receive such a document, he must take into account additional costs. This should be taken into account when placing an order. Sentences to submit an ATR document after shipment are rejected
  3. Shipment upon receipt of the payment: 2-3 business days (products in stock), from 5 days up to 8 months (products out-of-stock).

  4. We accept only bank transfers (wire/telegraphic); customers need to cover any related bank charges/fees - SWIFT message, Field 71A should be OUR not SHA.
  5. Applicable Incoterms: DAP only (The cost of transport is on the invoice as a separate item. The customers bear related shipment costs and local taxes).
  6. Export standard procedure: "ship to address" must be outside the EU.
  7. We only use DHL Express services.

Important information for customers from other countries.
Note: we do not sell to companies from Russia and Belarus, and to companies in any way related to these two countries

  2. Order\'s shipment upon receipt of the payment: 2-3 working days (products in stock), from 5 days up to 12 months (products out-of-stock).
  3. Only bank transfer (wire/telegraphic) payments are accepted.
  4. Shipments according to Incoterms rules EXW or DAP (in both cases the customers bear local taxes).
  5. Export procedure examples and their implications on applicable VAT rates:
  • Non-EU customer and "ship to" address out of the EU - VAT 0%
  • Non-EU customer and "ship to" address in the EU - VAT 23% 
  • EU customer (with a valid EU VAT number) and "ship to" address out of the EU - VAT 0%
  • EU customer (with no valid EU VAT number) and "ship to" address out of the EU - VAT 23%
  • EU customer (with a valid EU VAT number) and "ship to" address in the EU - VAT 0%
  • EU customer (with no valid EU VAT number) and "ship to" address in the EU - VAT 23%
